Hello,
its Dewi Dassan again and thank you for visiting my blog. The purpose of this
blog is to reflect the topics of HRIS as part of assignment. In this blog, I
will reflect and review Web-Based Employee Learning and Development, Web Based
Compensation and Planning and Web Based Occupational Safety and Health.
I was born in Pasir Gudang on 18th
June 1990. Currently, I’m at my 3th year pursuing Bachelor of Science (Human
Resource Development) at University Teknologi Malaysia. My hobby is to read
books and playing computer games. These activities help me to improve my
imagination and creativity. Besides, I spend my free time by listening to music
which reduces my stress.
Hopefully,
sharing my knowledge on topics of HRIS in this blog help me to understand more
on this subject. I like to thank Dr.Roya in providing explanation on HRIS
subject and my classmates who also helps me in completing this assignment.
