The
reflection on the 3 topics helps me to understand more on HRIS.
The
ELD system is needed to implement by organization for their long term
development of employee to increase their potential in future work. The web
base compensation and planning is very essential for HR managers in dealing and
managing the compensation records of employee in a systematic way. Furthermore,
the web-based OSH is must be emphasized by every organization in provide the
employees’ with safe and healthy environment and working condition.
Finally,
I like to thank my lecturer, Dr. Roya and my classmates to help me in learning
this HRIS subjects. The information that
I learnt in this subject will be crucial for my future career as HR manager.
